Canceling an order

You have 14 days to withdraw from your purchase of your in-stock hair supplement. To benefit from this procedure, it is important not to make any modifications to your hair prosthesis (Moisturizing, wave modification, coloring, styling, etc...). Please consult the return procedure via this article.

If you placed your order online and shipping is not in progress, you can request cancellation and refund of your order via this form. A withdrawal button is available in the footer of the site for simplified access.

This withdrawal procedure is not intended for custom-made creations or Smart HD with personalized waves, as these are productions made especially for you. Fixing and maintenance products are also not covered for cancellation for hygiene reasons.

When you order a custom-made hair prosthesis, production begins 48 business hours after your purchase. You therefore have the possibility to request cancellation of your custom-made creation during this period. Beyond that, a refund of up to 50% of the total amount may be possible, but will depend on the progress of your creation.
