When finalizing your custom order, you can choose your production time. The standard option (10 to 14 weeks) is selected by default, but you can choose Express production, which will add an extra cost to your order. With the Express option, your order will be ready in 4 to 6 weeks.
For your custom product, you'll get the usual shipping carriers (DHL, BPOST). However, if you buy other products together (in-stock prosthesis, care products, etc...), the shipping times will follow your custom prosthesis (the longest one). It won't be possible to request multiple shipments for one order. So, we recommend splitting your purchases into 2 orders. In the first, you can order the in-stock products, and in the second, your custom-made item.
