We offer BPOST, DPD, and DHL Express as carriers for your order delivery.
For Belgium, only BPOST is available since it’s a 24h delivery. For France, you can choose between DPD (3 to 4 days delivery) and DHL Express (24h). For other countries, DHL International is still the fastest and most reliable option.

If your parcel tracking says it's been delivered, but you haven’t received your package, we suggest you first check with your neighbors or your building manager. Most of the time, a package marked as delivered might actually be with someone nearby. If that's not the case, you’ll need to get in touch with our customer support so we can start an investigation with our shipping partner. Via this link, you can download the non-receipt declaration required by the carrier to open an internal investigation. If despite searching we can't find your package, you'll have to file a police report so our insurance can cover the situation.
Your parcel tracking might show that your package is stuck at a certain stage. If this keeps happening, we recommend first getting in touch with the delivery company—it usually helps to understand why there’s a delay. If you still don’t get your package, our team is here and can help sort things out.
Our shipping service does its best to protect your packages so deliveries are as safe as possible. But sometimes, your package might get damaged during transit. If you receive a damaged package, we recommend you refuse it at first. If you open your package and notice some products are broken, don't hesitate to contact our service by sending us photos of the issue along with the shipping label.
