We offer BPOST, DPD, and DHL Express as carriers for delivering your orders.
For Belgium, only BPOST is available since it’s a 24h delivery. For France, you can choose between DPD (3 to 4 days delivery) and DHL Express (24h). For other countries, DHL International remains the fastest and most reliable carrier.

If your parcel tracking shows that the delivery is completed, but you haven’t received your package, please first check with your neighbors or building caretaker. Most of the time, a parcel marked as delivered can be found at a nearby neighbor. If not, you’ll need to contact our customer service so we can set up an investigation with our carrier manager. With this link, you can download the non-receipt declaration required by the carrier for starting an internal investigation. If we still can’t find your package after searching, you’ll then need to file a police report so our insurance can take over.
Your parcel tracking might show your parcel is stuck at a certain stage. If it stays like this for a while, we recommend you first contact the carrier involved, since most of the time this helps you find out why it’s blocked. If, despite this, you still can't get your parcel delivered, our team is here and ready to help out.
Our shipping service does everything possible to protect your parcels so deliveries go smoothly and safely. Still, it can happen that your parcel gets damaged on the way. If you get a damaged parcel, we recommend refusing it in the first place. If, when opening your parcel, you notice that some items are broken, feel free to contact our team by sending photos of the issue and the shipping label.
If something’s missing, or not what you ordered, you can refuse the delivery or write down exact and dated notes on the delivery slip, then get in touch with the BYSIX customer service within a reasonable time at: contact@bysix.eu
If you don’t mention any issues at the time of delivery, any later claim about something that was visibly missing can only be checked based on the quality control and traceability info held by BYSIX.
Each order is actually given a photographic and video check before shipping, with a precise weighing before and during delivery, confirming the compliance of the shipped products. These elements can be provided as proof of conformity in case of a dispute.
