If, for example, you ordered a custom hair system and one of the options wasn’t respected during production, you can contact our customer service to get assistance.
If you request support for a specific issue, our after-sales service can review your request. For this, we systematically ask you to return your hair system so we can assess the hair. Without the return of your order, our service won’t be able to process your request. Note that a unique reference is present on each model to ensure tracking in case of an issue. This reference is only visible to our team.
Keep in mind that if you return your hair system, it’s essential that the hair is perfectly clean and washed. Otherwise, we systematically refuse the assessment for hygiene reasons.
