Temporary increase in delivery fees

Context

Tensions in international markets (freight costs, fuel prices, customs surcharges) have led our transport provider to revise all of its rate schedules upwards by 60%. Faced with this situation, we chose to absorb half of this increase in order to limit the impact for our customers.

We cover half of the increase applied by our provider. The increase passed on to our delivery rates is therefore limited to 30% across all shipping methods.

Example of prices for France:

For a purchase from €18 to €115, the former DHL EXPRESS delivery price was €13, it is temporarily increased to €16.90.
For a purchase from €18 to €115, the former DHL ECONOMY delivery price was €10, it is temporarily increased to €13.
