In your account, you can go to the order you'd like to withdraw. A “Return request” button is available at the top of your screen to let you access the return space.

Specifics
The item must be returned within 14 days. This document must be included in the package.
The item has to be sent back in its original packaging, together with all its accessories, samples and free products, and must not have any damage (changing the texture, getting wet, coloring, or any other manipulation that stops us from restocking it). You’ve got to return the parcel at your own expense, so make sure you pick tracked and insured shipping to cover yourself if the parcel gets lost.
We don't accept returns for glues, solvents, hair care products, because of hygiene reasons.

Custom-made products and Smart HD (beyond the “Slightly wavy” texture) can’t be exchanged or refunded. When we get your parcel and check your returned item, our team will exchange it or offer a refund – whichever you prefer. If you get a refund, it’s going to go back to the payment method you used for your order. Any request to change the payment method will be refused for security reasons. Customers pay for their own returns.
