Withdrawal

Since July 31, 2025, you have access to the self-service return portal. This space is accessible from your customer account. On your order page, you can open a return. Returns without prior request through this portal may be refused. We invite you to respect our return policy.

Without account login

To withdraw from your purchase without logging into your account, please use the contract withdrawal form. A withdrawal button is available in the footer of the website for simplified access. You will simply need to provide your first and last name, email address, and order number. If your order has not yet been shipped and complies with our cancellation policy, the refund will be processed the same day.

With account login

If you are logged into your account, you can also use the withdrawal form. However, we recommend using the return portal which allows you to choose which items to return.

The return portal

In your account, you can access the order subject to withdrawal. A "Request a return" button is available at the top of your screen to allow you to access the return space.

As of November 28, 2024, the mailing address has changed. Your returns and mail should be sent to: Passage de la Poste 13, 7700 Mouscron, Belgium.

The specifics

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days from the day of delivery. This document must be included with the package.

The item must be returned in its original packaging, accompanied by all its accessories, samples and free products, and must not have suffered any damage (modification of the corrugation, moisture, discoloration, or any other handling that prevents the item from being restocked). The return of the package is at your own expense, so it will be necessary to choose a delivery with tracking and insurance to allow for compensation in case of loss of the package.

Products such as adhesives, solvents, and hair care products are not accepted for return, for hygiene reasons.

Custom-made items and Smart HD (beyond "Slightly wavy" wave) are neither exchangeable nor refundable. Upon receipt of your package and after verification of the returned item, our team will proceed with the exchange or refund according to your preference. In the case of a refund, it must be made to the payment method used when placing the order. Any request to change the payment method will be refused for security reasons. Returns are at the customer's expense.
