For polyurethane membranes, sometimes a tear can appear if there's a lot of tension or during maintenance. You can temporarily repair the membrane while waiting for your new prosthesis to arrive.

We recommend cleaning the prosthesis while making sure to remove any excess hair glue. Then use a tape strip in patch form to tighten the edges of the tear. You can order hair adhesives via this link.

Our after-sales service won't cover membrane tears. To avoid tears, we recommend going for a thicker base, like the Micro HD for example.
