For some colors, we don't offer customization of the wave pattern because of the complexity of the shade. For example, for light shades like #17, wave techniques aren't available to avoid altering the color.
If you pick a custom wave (anything other than 'Slightly wavy'), it's considered a custom-made order. The processing time for wave customization will be 3 business days, and returns won't be offered.
If you go beyond the 'Slightly wavy' option, returns and exchanges won't be available because the prosthesis is personalized.
