Rental of the color chart

When you rent the color chart online, you have 3 working days to use the color panel to compare your own hair with the different shades we offer.

The color chart must be returned to the following address: BYSIX, Passage de la Poste 13, 7700 Mouscron, Belgium.

The color chart must only be returned by direct delivery, we do not accept delivery to pickup points such as “Mondial Relay”. You are however free to choose any carrier you like.

For rentals, the deposit is refunded to the original payment method as soon as we receive the color chart and have checked it. For returns sent from outside Belgium, customs fees may be charged; these fees must be paid in full by the buyer within a reasonable timeframe. In case of a delay in returning the chart, BYSIX reserves the right to refuse any refund or, at its sole discretion, to issue a partial refund limited to 50% of the rental price. BYSIX will not be required to provide any justification for applying this measure.

If you return the color chart by your own means, it’s important to send it with tracking and insurance so you can get compensation in case the parcel is lost.
