Since December 20th, 2024, you log in to your account using a code received by email. So you don't need to reset your password anymore, just access your inbox and you’re good to go.
After our store's migration in April 2023, all accounts and orders were exported so you wouldn't lose any data during the change. But you'll still need to do a quick step to get your order history back in your customer account.
An automatic email was sent to all our individual and business customers. In that email, there's a link to get your account back easily by setting a new password. This link only works for 30 days. After that, you won't be able to recover your account automatically. You'll need to contact our support team so they can handle the migration for you.
If you've got a specific benefit linked to your account, you need to log in with your usual email address. Otherwise, your benefits will be lost. If you have any questions, reach out to our team via this link
