When will I receive my order?

👉  Stock hair prostheses are shipped within a maximum of 12 working days. This time frame is usually shorter because we have a very large volume of shades in stock.

An estimated delivery date is shown on each hair prosthesis model to give you better visibility. This date is still an estimate and usually corresponds to the longest time frame we've seen.

You may see a different shipping time depending on your in‑stock orders. This is completely normal because we offer a very large stock of hair prostheses. Most “standard” shades are available immediately, while other shades need to be rechecked before shipping, which usually takes more time.

👉  Custom‑made pieces are produced in 10 to 14 weeks depending on your options. Estimated time frames are shown on the product page before adding to cart.

👉  Care products and accessories are shipped within 24 to 48 working hours.

If your order includes products and a hair prosthesis, the shipping time will be the one for the hair prosthesis. Only one delivery per order.
