To figure out your color for your hairpiece order, you can send us a strand of your hair. For the best result, make sure you send a strand from your crown (around the edges) so the shade matches your real color perfectly.
To make sure we can get your color just right, the strand you send us needs to be thick enough and long (2 to 3 centimeters). Without that, we can't be certain about the shade.
Here’s an example of the type of strand we recommend you send. Please don’t send loose hair in a plain envelope.
