Here are the payment methods available for your orders:
Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.) via our secure server.
Bancontact via our secure server.
PayPal (with or without an account).
Payment in several installments with Alma for orders up to €2000. (Supports business cards).
Bank transfer. (Payment must be made within 48 hours using the details shown on the order confirmation page).
When you choose to pay by bank transfer, you’ll get an email with payment instructions. It’s important to use the reference indicated so the payment can be processed correctly. If no payment is received 3 days after the order is confirmed, it’s automatically cancelled so the stock can be released.
The PayPal payment method is no longer offered for custom-made hair prostheses. PayPal’s policy doesn’t allow shipping times of more than 30 days. For a custom-made order, here are the available payment methods: bank card, Bancontact, Alma (payment in several installments), bank transfer.
