It's totally normal after a while to notice that the hair on your hairpiece gets lighter. Basically, this shows that the hair is 100% natural, because if it were synthetic fiber the color wouldn't change.
To fix this, we recommend putting a color-refresh treatment on your hair and leaving it on for about 10 to 15 minutes to get the color you want back. Just rinse, no need to use shampoo.
We usually recommend the brand MULATO, which costs less than others but works really well. And the bottle keeps for a while, so you can use it again and again.
For example, if you have 1B colored hair that's getting lighter, you'll need to use the MULATO Noir d'Aniline care, which will tone the color and make it darker.
Noir d'Aniline repigmenting treatment is meant for shades #1, #1C, #1B, #2, #3.
Marron Glacé repigmenting treatment is meant for shades #4, #5, #6.
No worries if you have gray hair, it won't get colored, it'll just have a more "steel" kind of shade (only for synthetic fiber).
