Order cancellation

At BYSIX, you get a 14-day withdrawal period for buying your in-stock hairpiece. To use this process, it’s important not to make any changes to your hair system (moistening, changing the wave, coloring, styling, etc.). Please see the return procedure via this article.

If you placed your order online and it hasn't shipped yet, you can contact our shop by email to request a cancellation and refund.

This withdrawal process doesn't apply to custom-made hairpieces or to the Smart HD with a custom wave, since those items are made just for you. Fixing and maintenance products also can’t be cancelled for hygiene reasons.

When you order a custom-made hairpiece, production starts 48 business hours after your purchase. So, you can ask to cancel your custom hairpiece during that window. After that, a refund of up to 50% of the total amount might be possible, but it depends on how far along your order is.
