Return of the color chart

When you rent the color chart online, you get 3 working days to use the color panel to compare your own hair to the different shades we offer.

The return of the color chart must be done at the address: BYSIX, Passage de la Poste 13, 7700 Mouscron, Belgium.

The return of the color chart must only be done by direct delivery, we do not accept deliveries to pickup points like “Mondial Relay”. However, you're free to choose any carrier you like.

If you’re renting, the deposit is returned to the original payment method as soon as our team receives the color chart and after checks.

If you return the color chart on your own, it's important to ship it with tracking and insurance to get compensated in case the parcel gets lost.
