Return of the color chart

When you rent the color swatch online, you have 3 business days to use the color panel so you can compare your own hair to the different shades we offer.

The color swatch must be returned to:BYSIX, Passage de la Poste 13, 7700 Mouscron, Belgique.

If you’re renting, the deposit will be refunded to your original payment method as soon as we receive the swatch and after everything has been checked.

If you send the swatch back yourself, it’s important to ship it with tracking and insurance, so you can get compensation if the package is lost.
