Temporary increase in delivery charges

Context

Tensions in international markets (freight costs, fuel prices, customs surcharges) have led our transport manager to revise all their rate schedules upwards by 60%. Faced with this situation, we chose to absorb half of this increase in order to limit the impact for our customers.

Free delivery starts from €350

We’re covering half of the increase applied by our service provider. The increase passed on to our delivery prices is therefore limited to 30% for DHL Economy and 45% for DHL Express.

Sample prices for France:

For a purchase from €50 to €200, the former DHL EXPRESS delivery price was €13, it is temporarily increased to €19.
For a purchase from €115 to €270, the former DHL ECONOMY delivery price was €10, it is temporarily increased to €13.
